We are Fernando and Aitor, two passionate chefs with over 30 years each of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and the luxury hospitality industry.
Our culinary journey has taken us through world-renowned kitchens such as Nobu, Marco Pierre White, Ramón Freixa, Sergi Arola, Rafa Sáfraga, and Gordon Ramsay. We’ve also led culinary teams as executive chefs at some of the most prestigious hotels, including Atzaró, Six Senses, Ibiza Gran Hotel, Aguas de Ibiza, and Tivoli.
